from us we do not inflate the purchase price with delivery/ installation charges, extended 12 month warranty or additional charges for your first franking logo. The price you pay includes all of the above. It also includes operator training. Our franking machines are designed to be easy to use but everyone can do with a helping hand.
Once you are up and running with your franking machine we don't stop there. We provide a free telephone help line (no premium rates, call centre or automated telephone menu assault course) and a standard 4 hour callout on machine breakdowns.
If there is a better customer support package on the market, we are yet to see it.
